"Redneck" probably isn't the Preferred Nomenclature

J.L. will likely get on my case for use of that particular
word in the Swank post. Uhh... so lets go with... I worked
with a guy who played an Uncultivated Rural American
in Boys Don't Cry. The blog is so amended.

Growing up in Appalachia means never having to say you're sorry about redneck slurs. Keep up the good work, cracker.

"Cracking" is a Scots - phrase for bragging.

'He be crackin' is what southern blacks would say about poor whites who they thought were acting a bit too big for themselves.

At least that's what I heard on c-span once. Sounds interesting

What's Cap up to these days? Still at Bechtel?
